The Wedding Shoppe is excited to introduce a unique process for brides when shopping for their gown. With the introduction of their Private Couture Collection brides can choose from gowns made by our designer/seamstress,or as they say in Paris, (couturières).
The dresses are made from quality fabrics, unique designs and can have changes made to our style. If a bride chooses to make design changes to one of our samples, she will begin her design process working with our designer to come up with design ideas and fabric types. Unlike other stores that offer private collections, The Wedding Shoppe gowns truly are their own.
Meet our Designer
Kaye Nicole gowns have a romantic country inspiration. Designer Cyndi Mueller strives to create designs that are romantic, feminine and somewhat timeless. Being from a family of dressmakers and trained in the art of dressmaking by previous generations, she understands the importance of having a gown that fits well and is flattering to the feminine form. By using superior quality fabric and expert craftsmanship, brides will have a gown that will make her feel as special as her day is.

Our Design Process

What is more perfect than choosing your wedding gown style,  then the fabric and trying it on throughout the process of its construction? This is the traditional way wedding gowns were done in days past. All truly couture wedding gowns are made this way.

Our design process starts with the brides individual measurements being taken.    Then a mock dress of muslin will be constructed to allow the bride to see the lines and fit of her gown. Upon on approval of the muslin mock by the bride, final construction of bridal gown will begin.

Our designer is well aware of the importance of your wedding day and your wedding gown.  Each gown, when completed, will have two hankies made from your gown, one for your groom and one for you to give to a special person of your choice.  A matching tie can be made at your request for your groom or gentleman who walks you down the isle.
